The hotel's location is decent, with easy access to some nearby attractions. Rooms are somewhat clean, but in need of upgrades. the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Despite some language barriers, they went out of their way to help us with directions and city navigation.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with limited options and not very appetizing.

I recently stayed at a hotel and had an excellent experience. The location was convenient as it was close to public transportation. The hotel itself had a great view and clean facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even helping me plan my sightseeing adventures in the city. Additionally, I enjoyed complimentary breakfast and access to a hamam and thermal bath for 30 minutes each day during my stay.
Can’t fault the property in any way.

Clean, comfortable hotel with good parking.
We had little bit problem to find this hotel, because it is aside the main part of city. Although around this hotel there are many others, we couldn´t find no suitable restaurant for dinner.

The Hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable and nice, there is a cute little terrasse to take the breakfast in the morning. There is a nice Termal bath that we can enjoy every evening, very relaxing. I would recommend this Hotel for relaxing and countryside holidays.
The negative points are: the staff doesnt speak any word of english which is not practical to communicate!!!! the Hotel is located outside of the city center, about ten minutes by car, you cannot walk to the historical city center because it's too far, you absolutely need a car or a bus (the timing for bus is not so practical). The staff of the Hotel was very kind but unfortunately they dont speak english.

The hotel had a decent breakfast and the staff was friendly. The hotel is located close to many popular tourist attractions which made it convenient for us to explore the city. the hotel offered a nice thermal bath experience which was relaxing.
The room was not very comfortable. The bed was not adequate for a good night's sleep and the air conditioning was dirty.

The room was clean, big break fast in the morning, 1h of free thermal bath included in the room price, free hotel car parking, nice staff of the hotel. The hotel is not located in the city centre but you can easily go there using the "dolmush" (shared-taxi) that stop close to the hotel for less than 1€ per person.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating for whatever we needed. The private hammam rooms are great and the massage was wonderful. After a day of active sightseeing and shopping, the hammam was exactly what we needed to relax and warm up. The room and beds were very comfortable and quiet, and the hotel serves a great breakfast. It is also conveniently located on public transportation and the highway to Uludag for skiing and there are good restaurants and shops in the neighborhood.
The room was too hot--we could only regulate the temperature by opening the window.

The breakfast selection was good, and the location was convenient for getting around. the family rooms were spacious enough for our group. Plus, the indoor thermal pool was a great way to relax and unwind during the holiday season!
The cleanliness throughout the hotel left much to be desired. We encountered dirty floors and leftover spills from previous guests.
